POLYMER MODIFIED WATERPROOF COATING SYSTEM

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Zac- create 138 is a two-pack polymer modified waterproofing slurry coating. It has been specially formulated for concrete and lime surfaces to prevent water infiltration and dampness. It is reasonably flexible to accommodate thermal expansion. One of the major advantage of 138 system is that the powder component incorporates silicates of Potassium and Lithium which react with the lime available in lime mortar to form Calcium Trisilicate crystals thus providing an excellent binding with even lime mortar surfaces.

Consumption: At 1 sq. met. for 1 mm coating thickness.
Part A: 0.125 kg. Water : 0.375 kg, Part B :1.0 kg.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Surface Preparation : Remove loose plaster, it any. All cracks above 0.7 mm width should be properly sealed using a suitable mortar or by using ZAC-CRETE 138. the surface should be structurally sound and free from oil .

Take Part A and all three parts of water. Slowly add eight parts of B (powder) while continuously stirring. Mechanical stirrng is preferred. Mixing is done until the mix is free form lumps and the powder is dispersed forming a homogeneous pasty brushable mass.

Pre wet/moisten the area before application and apply the coating to form a uniform film of around 1 mm thickness. If additional film thickness is desired recoat after 4-5 hours.
