POLYMER BASED WATERPROOF COATING SYSTEM

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

One pack acrylic copolymer composition having excellent water resistance, weathering resistance, extra ordinary adhesiveness, fast drying and flexible film properties.

RECOMMENDED USES

Excellent composition for exterior coatings on walls and terraces to stop water ingress. When applied on external walls it provides a tough watertight barrier and also decorative appeal. When applied on terrace. the coating should be protected from mechanical damage and wear and tear.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Cement concrete surface should be free of dust and loose particles. It should be thoroughly abraded by a wire brush and loosened particles should be removed by washing or blown air.The surface should be free of any oil or grease. It can be applied on damp and moist surfaces also.

How does ZACSEAL work

WATER REPELLEN : Due to its smooth film, water falling on it breds up and rolls off Since it seals all porosity and cracks. It does not allow water to penetrate.

FUNGUS RESISTANT

Due to its smooth film it does not allow fungus to grow. A powerful antifungal additive is incorporated in ZACSEAL.

WATER VAPOUR PERMEABLE

To prevent damage from built-up hydrostatic pressure,a building must "breath" and allow water vapour to pass through, With its multitude of densely packed micropores, ZACSEAL is much more water vapour permeable , it prevents hydrostatic pressure bildup and reduces the likelihood of blistering. cracking and peeling-all while successfully repelling water!

UV RESISTANT

As proven in accelerated weathering tests and verified buildings across the country ZACSEAL coatings fade far less than ordinary coatings. ZACSEAL colour pigments are virtually non-reactive with ultraviolet light. So when ZACSEAL is specified. there is no need to second-guess how a colour will weather. ZACSEAL COLOURS stay bright and true.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

• Dilute ZACSEAL with water in the ratio 1:4 Apply it as a primer coat by brush application.

• Apply first coat of ZACSEAL on the primed surface.

• Apply second coat when the first coat has dried.

• Repeat till continuous clear film is formed. Normally, two coats should be sufficient.
